Scope of Services

Note regarding the German Legal Services Act (RDG): After almost 40 years of practicing as a German lawyer, I am currently no longer admitted to the bar.

I prepare my second opinions and legal opinions exclusively from my second residence in Spain.

They primarily concern legal issues governed by a law other than German law. However, I am happy to address questions of German law in the form of scholarly legal opinions.

Legal advice and representation in court proceedings remain the sole responsibility of any legal counsel appointed by the client.
